If you already mailed in your application with payment to Texas Vital Records and you haven’t received your new Texas death certificate replacement copy in the mail yet you can place a new order with us. We’ll rush to obtain a Texas death certificate for you within 24-48 hours unless there are issues with the death records.
But if you’ve submitted a Texas death certificate amendment (correction) application then we can’t help you because that complex process can only be done directly through the state, it will take 6 months minimum, and it can’t be expedited in any way by any person or company.
